Guacamole With A Twist
Ingredients:
- – 3 ripe avocados
- – 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
- – 1/2 medium red onion diced
- – 3 jalapeño chilies, finely chopped
- – 2 tablespoons key lime juice
- – 1 tablespoon Talero Silver Tequila
- – Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and seed avocado, mash in a bowl with fork. Add ingredients, mash to mix. Garnish with lime rind twist, serve with tortilla chips or your favorite authentic dishes.
